Return Window You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligible Items for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
How to Request a Return

- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back to the address provided
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support.shopo10store@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
