How long does order history stay available?
Your complete order history is stored indefinitely in your account. You can view orders from years ago, making it easy to track all your purchases and reorder favorite items.
Can I print or download my order receipt?
Yes! From your order history, you can download and print invoices and receipts as PDF files. These are useful for warranty claims, tax documentation, or personal records.
How do I reorder an item I purchased before?
Simply visit the order in your order history and click the "Reorder" button. This adds the items back to your cart with all the same specifications. You can then proceed to checkout as usual.
Can I start a return from my order history?
Yes, you can initiate a return directly from your order details page. Select the items you wish to return, and we'll provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns are available within our standard return window.
What if I don't remember my order number?
No problem! Sign in to your account and visit your order history dashboard. All your orders are listed with order numbers, dates, and amounts. You can also search or filter by date range.
Can I see shipping addresses from past orders?
Yes, your order details include the complete shipping address used for that order. This is helpful if you're placing a similar order to the same location.
How do I change my delivery address after an order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at hello@luxuravibe.com with your order number and new address. Once shipped, address changes cannot be made. For future orders, update your saved addresses in your account profile.
Can I see payment information for my orders?
For security purposes, your full payment information is not displayed in order history. However, your order details show the last 4 digits of the card used and the total amount charged.
How do I leave a review for a purchased item?
Once an item has been delivered, a "Leave Review" button appears in your order history. Click it to share your experience and help other customers make informed decisions. Verified purchase reviews are featured prominently.
Is my order history private and secure?
Absolutely. Your order history is accessible only with your secure login credentials. All data is encrypted and protected by Shopify's industry-leading security standards. Only you can view your personal order information.

It happens! Visit the Sign In page and click "Forgot your password?" You'll receive a secure reset link via email. Follow the instructions to create a new password.

Password reset emails usually arrive within minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
