Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items — Free Resolution

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or doesn't arrive at all, we'll make it right at no cost to you — with a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to ship the item back.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. Clear photos of the product and packaging

Changed Your Mind?

If you'd simply like to return an item, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:

  1. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  2. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  3. Proof of purchase or order number is required.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once your item is received and inspected, we'll process your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for a change-of-mind return or exchange:

  1. Personalized or custom-made products
  2. Gift cards
  3. Clearance or final sale items
  4. Products damaged through misuse or improper handling

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
